Haha. There is a lot to be proud of with this team, and at the very least you have to be really excited about next season. One thing is for sure, if FCD makes it into the playoffs- nobody wants to play us.

FC Dallas 2009 Season Review Video

FC Dallas 2009 Season Review Video

So you're telling me there's a chance!- The best MLS race in history
With only two spots available in the 2009 MLS playoffs one would think the picture would be crystal clear for FC Dallas. Fact of the matter is there are six teams still fighting it out for those spots. With Colorado sitting on 40 points, they have an edge at the moment. TFC, DC United, New England, and Dallas are all level with 39 points each. RSL sits on 37 points and a clash at home against the Rapids is in front of them. FC Dallas does it again!
After closed practices all week, FC Dallas came out with intensity required in a must win game. They delivered a very strong performance in beating Colorado 2-1 at Pizza Hut Park Saturday night. “I thought Dallas played extremely well and the only saving grace for us is that we didn’t get embarrassed,” Rapids coach Gary Smith said. “They forced the issue, they made the game quick. They really took control of the game and really played the way they wanted to and deservedly won the game.”

In facing the Colorado Rapids tomorrow night there is just one thing to do for FC Dallas, JUST WIN BABY! Thanks Al Davis. FC Dallas is the hottest team in MLS. The Dallas club has won three straight and four of the last five. There is more good news for the FCD faithful. Dallas has not lost at home since June 13th against the Houston Dynamo. You had to pull back and say "and of course we have Kenny cooper here with us, too" or something.
